FOOD POST - Mitasu Japanese Buffet

HAIII I'm So happy to be back here blogging because.... I'm gonna blog about Fooood

 ( yes I am very excited I cannot help it ) 

Well that wasn't the only reason.  The other reason is because being able to blog is like a getaway for me from all the pile of #higherthanMountEverest Assignments (!) 

Okay so before I start to .... 

(ps, I was scrolling down my photo album and realized my dad sended me this (below ) picture.

 ' REALLY? WATERMELONS? ? ? FOR REAL? ? ? ? ' says to myself

 I am so embarrassing   .. like really

(even watermelons also want to take picture, like never seen them before.... )

it's okay .. memories of eating watermelons should be kept in pictures too #selfcomfort 

What's more embarrassing is that every food that was served I'll be like ' WAIT. Let me take picture first.' and the next table was like looking at us me the whole time .. 

Okay so back to topic ! :D 

Have you guys ever tried Shogun Buffet ( Japanese food )? It's like the worst, WORST omg .. My biggest enemy/fear/hate/whateveryounameit in the Japanese food Category. It Cannot even be categorized as Japanese food since the food is like... so bad ...not fresh... unbearable ... more like it's just buffet. (Not Japanese, Chinese, Korean, or Thai Buffet. It's just Buffet... of everything ) 

My expectation for Japanese food have been very high since I ate the Authentic Jap food in Japan itself.  #justtoletyouknow 

So then, if you're looking for good, fresh reasonable Japanese Buffet then you have to try Mitasu!
(it's about the same price as Shogun/ maybe cheaper ) 

Mitasu serves buffet but not the self service kind. And THAT IS WHY the Food are Fresh (!!) It is not pre made so you have to order and wait a little while ( worth while waiting ! ) .

Here comes the food ! ♥

Japanese Rice with some Shoyu Topped with Salmon,White Fish, Tamago, More Fishes and Tobiko! So Fresh So good!

♥ plus additional Chuka IIdako, Pickled Seaweed ..... 

And then their Green Salad was so amazing omg. I don't know what secret recipe dressing they used but it was so goooood. I can eat them forever ( literally ) I ordered like 3/4 bowls of it (!)

 And not forgetting the mash potato too ! :) It's so goood, mushy mushy yummy melts in your mouth...

And then .. Oysters and Prawns .. Can't you see the freshness (??!!!!)  and ADDITIONAL PLUS for the Good Presentation  (!!!)

' Dear Mr Prawn, how do you look so neat, clean and fresh? Even your outfit is shiny (!) Too bad I'm eating you anyway. Bye!  *and it is gone *..' 

Oh dear... That Salmon... Imagine you put it in your mouth.. so mouthwatering, juicy flavour, melting into your taste buds... that was how the collision of particles of flavour happened in my mouth. #YouSeeWhatIdidThere 

Tempura's .. Not exactly my cup of tea but it was good. 

However, This is my cup of tea! Omg that Salmon. Look at that slight burn from grilling... Are you Hungry Nowwww? ahhahahaha 

Jelly- the Fish - 

THIS.. FINALLY.... omg

The tenderness, juiciness as you bite and as you chew... and chew.. and chew.... , the flavour of the seasoned grilled beef in your mouth.....so overwhelming.....  did you go Heaven?...

California Roll FTW ! 

I think that was Salmon Rice or Garlic Rice ( I can't remember which but I ordered both lol ) And behind it is Soup. Yes Soup. I forgot what was it called ahahhah. 

Tobiko Sushi! Sadly they don't have Ikura's because that one is the bomb when it comes to Fish Roe. 

Pregnant Fish ! Well they don't look pregnant here but they are ok lol. 

The stomachs are literally filled with fish eggs. 

( I wanted to show the picture of the eggs close up but then it looks really gross if you have phobia (like me ) to round bumps and whatever I don't want to explain it  ) 

 THIS is Not Nuggets. It looks like it but No. This is way better than the cheap nuggets. 

Inside is what we call.... Scallop (!) So Yummmy I tell you. I'm not a big fan of fried food but this keeps me wanting more. 

My favourite all time dish ! TOFU! I love itttt, plus it's topped with raddish and soaked in shoyu. oh gosh... yum

Lastly We had Dessert :D What Is Full without dessert?! 

Had like additional 5 scoops of ice cream after this. #SoFatIKnow 

The sesame Ice cream was Yummy though ! :D 

That is all and this is probably the Most Fulfilling Buffet I ever eaten  ♥

Hello people, I have been wanting to write about food but not exactly a food review or whatsoever. I just wanted to make you guys Drool. Literally. No joke. I just had to. * Gives Evil Smile*

Okay lah, I just want to be that kind girl next door that shares her pretty good shots of Good food with everyone :D ! Hello sharing is caring, that is what everyone in the world says today. Don't blame me if you get hungry or crai because you cannot eat them. I am just sharing happiness :) through pictures... hahaha

THIS IS IT.. This are the noms I had since the month of July, till yesterday . *SO EXCITED*

- Pasta Zanmai -

Salmon Roll from Pasta Zamai..  Guys, nothing goes wrong with Salmon ! The juice of it melts in your mouth, tingles your taste buds.. mmm .. 

Omg this! * Do Not Judge by how it looks *  I can't wait to have this again! It's super amazing how the combination of the unagi with egg completes each other,.I was amazed of this pizza done by franchised Pasta Zanmai T_T 

Japanese Unagi Pizza plus that awesome Egg yolk in the center of it. *Bonus point for the EGG * 

- Antipodean, Bangsar - 

Okay humans, this is it. DA BOMB. Look at that Impressive Egg Benedict's ! I tell this meal of egg Benedict is so far the best I ever come across.  - ps, this wasn't mine, it was my sisters lol- but the fact that I can never get over my fetish with eggs, I just had to steal her pretty food. 

This was my official meal lol. BIG BREAKFAST . I won't say it was as good as the Egg Benedic but it was still worth to eat :) btw the mushroom was pretty yummy ! but... I had to add salt too the scrambled eggs because it was a little plain. 

Not mine, nor my sisters but my friend's. How can you not take a picture of this?! Effort of Presentation is an A plus ! Gosh it does looks appetizing too. T__T

Not mine too.. but the burger look so good lahhhh... There's like bacon strips, juicy lettuce, tomatoes.. yada yada in it. I know you can't really see what's in between that burger buns but yes this angle is just to Tease you. * TOO BAD * 

- Annyeonghaseyo Traditional Korean BBQ -

Pretty much the best Korean BBQ Food place in my area :D

 If I've to rank this, it will be 2nd after #DaoRae. Yes it's GOOD. 

Owners of this restaurant are pure Koreans !

 - I forgot the name of this restaurant.. lol -

Sushi with Salmon again !  So far the best Japanese restaurant that serves pretty good Japanese food in my area. Though It could be quite costly, but still worth the price you pay to eat. 

Salmon Bento set. I loved the cooked Salmon! Juicy and the texture just yay when you bite them in between your teeth. 

- TBC Cafe -

Portebollo Mushroom Cheese Sandwhich + Sweet Potato Fries + Coleslaw Salad . 

Guys guys guys, I tell you their sweet potato fries are really really really Not Bad you should really try them at least once ! lol ... The sandwich was pretty good I guess. It's Super Cheesy-fied and Musroom-fied. Plus, I never imagined their Coleslaw Salad to be way much healthier than I thought it would be! 

( KFC's spammed Mayonnaise Coleslaw have corrupted the way I look at Coleslaws ) 

ps: Pretty reasonable price to eat meals like this :) 

And THIS! OMG I LOVE IT. Not really for the drink but the coffee art it self! 

-Cafe Latte- 

I don't drink hot coffee but I order for the sake of a pretty art on it #TrueStory

I literally told the barista/waiter to make something else except plants or hearts design. #thoseareBoring 

and TADA! 

I really appreciated the Barista's work ! He really did a pretty Good Job for the first time right?! :D 

Will look forward for more arts he'll be doing when I pay my next visit. 

-Desserts- 

What?! Layers and layers of hard filled work to make it into a Delicious Satisfying Crepe Cake and you don't like?! Omg it's like the best thing ever ! The whole fattyness level is 101 but gosh it will bring to to Heaven. 

Okay this one you will love it. Secret Recipe's Blueberry Cheesecake, White Chocolate with walnuts and Hot steaming Brownie with Walnut Topped with chocolate sauce. Fat I know. But I know you want it. 

This one coming Lagi FAT. 

FRIED Ice Cream Topped with chocolate sauce + additional whip cream. 

Fat enough a not? Nevermind..  Still got one more.. 

Waffle Topped with Milk Chocolate and White Chocolate Sauce + Additional Whip Cream. 

SEE I TOLD YOU FATNESS LEVEL OVER 100. 

Ok finish.. you can now go buy or cook your own meal and eat. 

Getting Fat with Sister ♥

I was planning to update this a bit earlier but could not find the time to. Assignmentsssssss .  So Unni just finished her 4 months intern-ship and she's currently having fun with her life for now.On the Tuesday, she actually stayed back in my uni to explore, then to go out with me after class.

 Fyi, it was a sisters day out kinda thing .

Just another confession : ( I ****ing Want to Go Japan right now at this moment! I mention this almost everyday, I have/want/need to shop in Tokyo now. Literally .) T____T yes I'm  just missing Japan. I really do .

sigh. If only that country was right next to mine. Only In my dreams. 

Anyways, back to the sister day out topic before I lose myself from reality again. 

We went to Curve to have lunch at Sakae Sushi. We were very hungary ! Therefore, what's fat? Fat means extra chubbiness , Fat sounds good so Let's Get FAT! No. Sushi omg sushi. I miss them but still nothing beats the sushi in Japan ) :  I know I mention this a hundred times but it's really too true.

The fact that they are so huge for a common Japanese Tako I usually eat makes me so happy. ♥

But no, I did not really enjoyed this. 

But instead this... 

Ikura with Salmon . Muax Heaven!  Nothing taste more awesome than a Salmon egg popping in your mouth ♥ To be honest it will taste better if it was fresher /:

Truth is, Nothing taste bad when you're hungary. Full stop. #truth

Before we planned to eat sushi for lunch, which was forever the hardest question ever : ''what to eat?''  Unni says we should eat waffle for lunch. * speechless * I'm hungry and you want me eat waffle for lunch? -.- I want proper meal! ):  Thankfully Gelare ( waffle shop ) was close and we had sushi.. 

Then we had dessert :D Yes we did. What woman don't have two stomachs? One for meal, the other for dessert. Ohyeahhh ..

Paddington House of Pancakes .

We ordered a Dollar Pancake. Which was really cute.  The pancakes are coin size and it's topped with Fruits and ice cream ♥ YUMSSS 

Pancakessssssss omgomgomgomgomog I went back Heaven again! ♥ ♥ ♥ It tasted so good when you eat it with warm honey + cold ice cream. T___T Ohwauuu... can you imagine it now? 

I love oh fluffy warm pancakes ♥ hahahha. okay TMI.
